GSC Celebrates Next Generation Clients

On 30th April 2018, we hosted a celebration of GSC’s Next Generation at the Lighterman in Kings Cross. The evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Next Generation of entrepreneurs, professionals and successors to family businesses. Guests were encouraged to share and exchange ideas with each other and broaden their personal networks.

We heard from three of GSC’s Next Generation Heroes who shared their career journeys and offered tips and support for those looking to accelerate their personal and professional goals.

We first heard from Neena Jivraj who is Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Queensway Group. Neena worked as a management consultant for Deloitte for 5 years before transitioning to join the family business, which operates Hotels as well as a host of franchise businesses and most recently a members club.

We then heard from Chandni Vora who is the Chief Operating Officer at Vascroft Contractors Ltd, a business set up by her father and late uncle. Chandni started out as a management accountant and has gone on to excel in a highly male-dominated industry.

Finally we heard from James McCulloch who is a Director at Ducalian Capital, a private equity firm specialising in real estate businesses. James is an expert in financial and tax structuring of property investments on behalf of HNW and institutional investors. James has been a director for over 10 years and has also worked as an investment agent in the past.

We at GSC really enjoyed catching up with our Next Generation clients and getting to know new ones also. We believe in the value of creating long-term relationships, that transcend generations and that is why the next generation is so very important to us.
