GSC Appoints a Corporate Finance Banker

GSC Solicitors have appointed the very experienced corporate finance banker, David Whitlock as business development director. David’s career has spanned 40 years largely in the City, as a corporate banker. He has held positions at banks such as NatWest, RBS and more recently the City law firm Stephenson Harwood and accountants RSM Baker Tilly. He has joined the GSC team to build on their relationships with financial institutions particularly focusing on the firm’s existing client strengths that centre around the hotel/leisure, commercial real estate, healthcare, intellectual property/media and technology sectors, plus international entrepreneurs.
