Equal pay is still not a reality in the City

45 years after the introduction of equal pay legislation, men and women working in the City are still not being paid equally. Disappointing, given how long the law has been in place.

The City is still a boys’ club when it comes to financial rewards, with men being better rewarded for their work, according to a new index which tracks equality in financial services.
